Traineeship or Apprenticeship

Another most common category of employment is Apprenticeship. Here the person is employed by his employers especially on the agreement for the stipulated time frame. Such time may vary from a few months to several years as agreed by both the parties based on the nature of employers’ requirements.

This type of working condition could also be referred to as Traineeship wherein the person is trained by the company to their basic requirements and once trained he is absorbed as the official employee of the company. During the training session he is paid a fixed amount as stipend.

Both these conditions are unanimously known as Probation period wherein the company is not anyway bound to hire the person in the permanent employment of the company.
