Academic Research: Here the employee are provided jobs who is basically emphasizes on research activities individually or as a member of research team and may share certain responsibilities for student supervision such as: Principal Research Fellow, Senior Research Fellow, Research Fellow or Research Assistant.

Academic Teaching & Research: Here the person provided job has to teach, develop, prepare and deliver the material or activities to the students which include subject and course co-ordination. He also carries out student supervision and undertakes research individually or as the constituent of the research team, such as: Dean, Head of Department, Professor, Chair, Associate Professor and Reader, Senior Lecturer, Lecturer or Tutor.
