If your business has over twenty employees, you are prohibited from age discrimination against employees forty years old and older.

If your business has over fifteen employees, you are prohibited from discriminating against qualified persons with disabilities.

You are prohibited from any form of wage discrimination between men and women in jobs that are substantially equal.

If your business has over fifteen employees, you must not discriminate in terms of employment, based on their color, race, sex, national origin and religion.

These laws apply whether or not the employees are working part time, seasonal, or full time.
