A doctor means the person who has graduated in the fields of medical sciences and human physiology and has acquired thorough knowledge about the human body, body parts and organs as well as the accurate functionalities of each of the parts or organs in the body. He is also authorized by the local government to treat the people for their illnesses and administer them the required medications etc.

There are different types of doctors any one person just cannot specialize in all the branches of the body organs. Once qualified, the person is recognized as the doctor and is free to start his own practice or start his own office anywhere in the nation as he likes. The other option is he joins any clinic or hospital or any senior reputed doctor as an employee.

In that case the doctor has to render his services to his boss – whether clinic, hospital or any individually practicing doctor. He is to perform the duties for the allotted and agreed hours of the days of the weeks and month. For his duties he is paid some fixed remuneration. While in the job, the doctor is not permitted to work on his own without consent of his employer or the boss anyway.

There are some advantages like the doctor gets fixed and assured remuneration from time to time and does not need to bank upon his clientele for generating income, on the other hand his income resources remain restricted and he cannot try his luck for earning fame and money.
