Car insurance is now just not act as a legal obligation but also people prefer to have car insurance and especially those who belongs to the middle class families. In the major or metro cities people rely more on the insurance because the chances of lost or stolen are more, also as metro cities are much congested because of the traffic then there are more chances of accidents. There are many other reasons because of which people takes car insurance.

In most of the places only men takes the car insurance because as per the results of many surveys a lesser n of women gets involved in the accidents but this doesn’t mean that men drive rashly but the reason behind this is the total no of the women drivers is the 10% of the total no of the men drivers. 

But still women drivers need car insurance because any mishap could be done anytime to anyone. If anyone is there who do not wants to pay a healthy amount on insurance premiums then there are many policies which could be said as the cheap car insurance. These policies are introduced because many people avoid car insurance because of their heavy costs.
