Employees Introduction
Among the different types of employments include employments the characteristics like casual employees and fixed term employees.
Casual employees are generally employed for the irregular term with no scheduled or settled routine of duties are assigned and they just work without any extra entitlements and are not ever assured of any permanent employment. They may work full time or part time but they are employed only when required for meeting the changing workload within business.
The fixed term employees on the other hand are assigned doing the job only for the agreed phase of time. For certain exclusive projects nowadays many employers hire fixed term employees for substituting the permanent employees who may be on leave for short periods. Also for meeting the addition work-loads such employees are hired by some companies.
