Employment Insight, LLC was created to empower service providers who assist individuals with developmental disabilities with acquiring competitive integrated employment, in hopes of increasing the number of individuals with a developmental disability in the workforce. 
We do this by providing training, mentorship and program development support so that providers can implement services in a way that assists individuals with overcoming barriers found in the competitive employment process. 
We mentor team leaders and front line staff to engage both employers and individuals in a cooperative relationship that meets the needs of both.
